Tape deviation rule
According to production practice experience, some deviation rules of the tape are summarized as follows:
(1) Running loose but not tight: If the centerline of the front and rear rollers is not parallel during the conveyor transportation, the degree of tightness on the two sides of the tape is not the same, the tape runs sideways to the loose side;
(2) Running high and not running low: The supporting rollers are not in the same horizontal position parallel to the running direction of the tape, but one head is high and the other is low, and the tape will drift to the higher end;
(3) Don't run before running: The roller is not on the cross section perpendicular to the running direction of the tape, but one end is behind and one behind (depending on the running direction of the tape), then the tape will run to the rear end.
Adjustment method of tape deviation
1 Deviation roller method
When the deviation range of the belt conveyor is not too large, it can be adjusted automatically by the groove-shaped deviation adjusting rollers by using the rule of "before running but not before running" by the tape. When the tape runs off, it encounters the blocking roller on the trough-shaped aligning roller, which moves forward along the running direction of the tape due to the friction between the blocking roller and the edge of the tape, and the other side moves relatively backward. At this time, the tape moves toward the back roller side until it returns to the normal position.
2 Gravity adjustment method
If the tape is running at a heavy load, the roller and roller support of the tape can be appropriately raised to make the material on the tape produce a component force that prevents the tape from running away until the tape returns to its normal position.
3 Vertical roller deviation adjustment method
If the tape always deflects to one side when running, the roller can be installed vertically (vertical roller) on the side where the tape runs off. In this way, the tape is forcibly reset due to the force of the vertical roller; on the other hand, the vertical roller and the tape The friction of the edges reduces the linear velocity of the side of the tape, which relatively increases the linear velocity of the other side of the tape, causing the tape to move to the other side until reset.
4 Upsetting bias method
If the idle running of the tape always deflects to one side, using the rule of “running high but not low” of the tape, the opposite side of the roller support can be properly raised, and the front and back padding array is the first pad. Take the roller as the standard. Slowly reduce the height of the pad, and the deviation of the tape will disappear.
5 Roller cleaning method
If the running deviation of the tape is at a certain fixed point and remains unchanged, it is necessary to check whether the idler at this point has stopped, stuck, etc., causing the diameter of the roller to change or the idler to fall off, so as to take corresponding measures.
6 Adjusting the tensioning device
If the tape machine runs sideways when there is no fixed direction, it means that the tape is loose. Adjust the tensioning device, tighten the tape, and the deviation will disappear.
7 Narrow tape adjustment method
If the tape runs sideways at the head or tail when running, the parallelism error of the head and tail rollers should be eliminated first, and then clamped with a 200mm × 200mm narrow tape on the other side of the head or tail roller The drum rotates together with the drum. According to the circular kinematics formula, the linear velocity of the tape at the roller is v = ω R, where ω is the rotational angular speed of the roller, and R is the radius of the roller. Therefore, the running side tape not only runs at a lower linear speed than the other side, but also runs loose on the other side. When adjusting in this way, the tape will move to the other side until it reaches the normal position, and then the narrow tape is removed, and the tape machine runs normally.
8 Rolling cylinder deviation adjustment method
If the tape runs off at the roller, it means that the roller moves horizontally, sticks (makes the tube diameter larger or different diameter), or there is an installation error when the roller rotates. The horizontality and parallelism of the front and rear rollers should be corrected according to the situation. Will disappear.
9 Resistance reduction method
If the deviation of the tape is not too serious, the idler on the side of the tape should be cleaned up, and a few drops of mechanical oil should be dripped on the idler bearing to reduce the frictional resistance of the idler rotation and increase the angular speed of the idler rotation. Eliminate tape deviation.
10 stream correction method
If the tape is running, it will not drift when idling, and it will drift when running under heavy load, indicating that the material is unevenly distributed on both sides of the tape, and the loading funnel is not correct. The funnel should be corrected or the material guide plate should be installed in the funnel to change the blanking angle to adjust at any time. The material flow direction makes the material on both sides of the tape evenly distributed.
11 Joint calibration method
If the tape always runs sideways, the maximum deviation is just at the joint, and the deviation position is not fixed, indicating that the joint of the tape is incorrect, and the joint should be recalibrated or glued to a new joint.
12 bracket correction method
If the tape runs to the same side when running, and is serious at a certain position, it means that the idler bracket or rack is distorted. The horizontality and verticality of the bracket or rack should be corrected, and the twisted idler bracket should be replaced.
13 Tape repair method
If the edges of the tape are severely worn, the tension on both sides of the tape is inconsistent, and the deviation position of the tape is not fixed, you should repair the tape or replace it with new tape according to the actual situation.
14 Roller deviation adjustment method
If the tape always deflects to a certain side with no load, you can remove 3 sets of 4 fixing bolts connecting a set of roller brackets to the frame at the center of the tape deflecting side, leaving one as the shaft. When the tape deviates to the side where the person is standing, the bracket can be moved forward by an appropriate angle in the running direction of the tape; conversely, when the tape is deviated toward the other side, the bracket can be moved by an appropriate angle against the tape running direction, and then Fixed, the deviation will disappear naturally (its role is equivalent to a groove-shaped deviation adjustment roller, using the rule of "do not run before running" tape).
15 Tension device method
If the tape runs to the same side during no-load and heavy-load operation, it indicates that the two sides of the tape are not tight. The tensioning devices such as the screw rods or counterweights at the front and rear rollers should be adjusted according to the principle of "fast running without loose running". .
